About This Game

Welcome to the most unsettling veterinary shift of your life! Animal Clinic (Anomaly) drops you into a seemingly ordinary animal hospital where every routine task carries a heavy undercurrent of dread. In Animal Clinic, your first day at a busy veterinary hospital seems routine enough. Animals arrive for checkups, registration forms need stamping, ID badges must be printed, and treatments have to be completed before the waiting room fills up. Then something changes.

A hallway looks different than it did a minute ago. An object appears where it shouldn’t. A patient behaves strangely. The clinic itself begins to feel alive, forcing you to question everything you see. The Game combines simulation, observation gameplay, and psychological horror into an experience where paying attention is just as important as doing your job. Every successful shift depends on your ability to separate reality from the impossible.

Core Gameplay of Animal Clinic (Anomaly)

Surviving your shift requires sharp observation skills and a steady workflow. Here is how you can manage the clinic without losing your mind:

  1. Handle Patient Intake: Start by greeting the patient at the front desk. You must carefully stamp their forms, take their photo, and log their details into the registration computer.
  2. Escort and Treat: Print out the patient's badge, take it, and place it correctly. Then, escort your furry patient to their designated examination room to run tests and provide treatment.
  3. Hunt for Anomalies: This is no normal clinic. Anomalies can look almost perfectly normal at first glance, so looking twice is absolutely essential. Watch closely for anything strange, out of place, or unnatural.
  4. Survive the Shift: Your ultimate goal is to finish your daily shift quota, keep the hospital from falling apart, and protect your own sanity from slipping away in the process.

Survival Tips

Working faster isn’t always safer.

Take a second look before leaving each room. Memorize your surroundings early in the shift so unexpected changes become easier to notice later. The clinic rewards careful observation far more than speed, and overlooking a single anomaly can quickly turn a normal workday into a nightmare.

What exactly is an anomaly in this game?

An anomaly is something that subtly or drastically breaks the rules of reality within the clinic. It could be a strange behavior from an animal, a mysteriously misplaced object (like a green waste bin), or something far more sinister hiding in the shadows of the hospital.

What happens if I get attacked by an anomaly?

If an anomaly catches you off guard and initiates an attack, do not panic! You can fight back. Rapidly press the Left Mouse Button (LMB) on your PC to struggle and break free before you lose your sanity completely.

Can I monitor the clinic from a safe distance?

Yes! You can access the hospital's security camera system to keep an eye on different rooms safely. Cycle through the camera feeds to spot strange occurrences without putting yourself in immediate danger.

Is this game a pure horror experience?

Not entirely! While it definitely has a thick atmosphere of psychological dread, the game cleverly balances its spooky moments with highly engaging hospital simulation mechanics and a dash of dark humor.
