Does the dino race ever actually end, or is it infinite?

In the traditional solo mode, the score maxes out and resets after reaching 99,999 points. However, in 2 Player Dino Run, a round ends immediately the moment one player hits a cactus or a bird. If both players have flawless reflexes, the game will simply continue to accelerate until human reaction time can no longer keep up!
