Solve the Math Problems: Every time you pick up a notebook, you are forced to answer a series of math questions on a basic tablet. Answering correctly keeps Baldi happy. Answering incorrectly angers him, causing him to hunt you down with a ruler.

• Manage Your Stamina: You cannot sprint forever. Running drains your stamina bar quickly. If you run out of breath when Baldi is right behind you, it is game over. You must walk when it is safe and save your sprint for emergencies.
• Use Defensive Items: As you explore, you will find items like the BSODA, Energy Flavored Zesty Bars, and Safety Scissors. Knowing when and where to use these items is the only way to survive the later stages of the game.
• Listen Closely: Sound is your best tool. You can hear the distinct "smack" of Baldi's ruler hitting his hand. The louder and faster the smacking gets, the closer he is to your location.

Story Mode: The classic experience. You must collect all 7 notebooks and then find the secret exit to escape the school. Baldi gets progressively faster with every notebook you collect.

The character named Playtime roams the halls and will force you to stop and play jump rope if she touches you, making you an easy target for Baldi. You have two options: successfully hit the spacebar to jump five times, or use the Safety Scissors item to instantly cut her rope and run away.

What is the best item to keep in my inventory?
