Five Nights at Freddy’s 2
About This Game
Five Nights at Freddy’s 2 is a point-and-click survival horror game where you work the night shift inside the newly reopened Freddy Fazbear’s Pizza. The restaurant may look brighter and more welcoming than before, but once midnight arrives, its animatronic entertainers begin moving through the building.
This browser version is a fan-made Scratch adaptation inspired by the original Five Nights at Freddy’s 2, the original was developed and published by Scott Cawthon It recreates the game’s security cameras, Freddy mask, hallway flashlight, ventilation shafts and music box mechanics in a simplified format that can be played directly online
Core Gameplay of Five Nights at Freddy's
Forget everything you learned in the first game. The security doors are gone, and you have entirely new threats to deal with. Here is how you can make it to 6:00 AM:
- No Doors, Just a Mask: You are completely exposed in your office. If an animatronic wanders in, your only defense is to quickly put on the empty Freddy Fazbear head to fool them into thinking you are one of them.
- Wind the Music Box: This is your most critical task. You must constantly check Prize Corner (Camera 11) and keep the music box wound up. If the music stops, the Marionette (the Puppet) will wake up, and nothing can stop it from getting you.
- Manage the Flashlight: While the building's power never runs out, your flashlight battery is strictly limited. Use it to check the dark hallways and flash it at certain animatronics (like Foxy) to reset their systems and drive them away.
- Monitor the Vents: The new Toy animatronics love to crawl through the air vents. Check the blind spots by turning on the vent lights, and put your mask on immediately if you see someone staring back at you!
Why isn't the Freddy mask working on Foxy?
Foxy is not fooled by the mask! If you see Foxy standing in the dark hallway in front of you, you must rapidly flash your flashlight at him a few times to temporarily blind him and force him to retreat.
What happens if I forget to wind the music box?
If the timer runs out and the music stops playing, a red warning triangle will flash. At this point, it is game over. The Puppet will leave Prize Corner and attack you, regardless of whether you are wearing the mask or checking the cameras.
