About This Game
Pregnant Mother Simulator is a gentle 3D life sim from Mirra Games told through the eyes of an anime-style mom-to-be. The story starts in her bedroom on what she calls a tough morning, with her husband at her side, and follows her day by day as the family gets ready for a new baby.
A day at a time
You walk her around the house in third person, read short conversations, and follow the on-screen hints. Footprints on the floor show you where to go next, like the wash room on the first morning. The game takes you through pregnancy, the birth and the first days of motherhood. Along the way there are everyday activities, walks, exercises and self-care moments, and you try to keep both mom and baby happy and well.
